    How long does delivery take?

    3–5 days for orders without printing, and 7–10 days when we print your name or logo.

    The shipping cost depends on your area and is shown at checkout.

    Can I pay cash on delivery?

    Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives. For printed orders, a 50% deposit is paid by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash before printing, and the rest on delivery.

    What if the size isn't right?

    You can exchange unprinted items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Just message us and we'll arrange the swap.

    Printed items can't be exchanged, since they're made just for you, so please check the size guide before you order.

    Is the printing really free?

    Yes. DTF printing of your name, title, specialty or logo is free on every scrub and lab coat. Printed orders need a 50% deposit before printing, and printed items can't be exchanged.

    Is there a deposit for printed orders?

    Yes. Because every print is made just for you, printed orders need a 50% deposit before we start printing, paid by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. We confirm your design and send you the payment details, and the rest is paid on delivery.

    What can I print, and where?

    Your name with your title or specialty, a logo, or a small design of your own. Choose the left chest, the right chest or the sleeve, or combine them, for example your name on the chest and a logo on the sleeve.

    How do I send my logo or design?

    Attach it when you order, or send it to us in a message on Instagram. Photos and sketches are welcome, and we'll confirm the print with you before we make it.

    How do I find my size?

    Every product has a size guide with measurements in centimetres, from S to XXL. If you're between sizes, message us and we'll help you choose.

    Which style is right for me?

    AURA is our women's wrap scrub, in 8 colours. ARON is our men's and unisex V-neck, in 7 colours. Our lab coats come with a half collar or a classic V-neck lapel.
